Aix\u00ed des de 01\/04\/2019 s\u2019inicia un per\u00edode transitori per a l\u2019ampliaci\u00f3 del perm\u00eds de paternitat fins a les 16 setmanes equiparant-lo al de maternitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Queda eliminat el perm\u00eds de dos dies per naixement de fill establert en l\u2019art. 37.3 b) de l\u2019Estatut dels Treballadors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prestaci\u00f3 per naixement \u00e9s un&nbsp;<strong>subsidi<\/strong>&nbsp;que es reconeix a les persones treballadores per la suspensi\u00f3 del seu contracte de treball (treballadors per compte d\u2019altri) o cessament d\u2019activitat (treballadors aut\u00f2noms) durant&nbsp;<strong>8 setmanes<\/strong>&nbsp;de les quals les dues primeres hauran de gaudir-les de forma interrompuda immediatament despr\u00e9s del part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mare biol\u00f2gica, podr\u00e0 cedir a l\u2019altre progenitor un per\u00edode de fins a quatre setmanes del seu per\u00edode no obligatori.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Beneficiaris<\/strong>. Treballadors inclosos en el r\u00e8gim general i en els r\u00e8gims especials de la seguretat social en situaci\u00f3 d\u2019alta o assimilada i amb un per\u00edode de cotitzaci\u00f3 de 180 dies en els 7 anys immediatament anteriors o, alternativament, 360 dies cotitzats durant de la seva vida laboral, amb variacions especifiques segons l\u2019edadt (menys de 21 anys, entre 21 i 26 anys o be la general mes de 26 anys).<\/li><li><strong>Quantia<\/strong>. 100% de la base reguladora establerta per a la prestaci\u00f3 d\u2019Incapacitat Temporal per conting\u00e8ncies comunes.<\/li><li><strong>Durada<\/strong>. 8 setmanes, ampliables en dos dies m\u00e9s per cada fill a partir del segon, en els sup\u00f2sits de part, adopci\u00f3 o acolliment m\u00faltiple.<\/li><li><strong>Gaudi parcial o total<\/strong>. Les primeres dues setmanes de suspensi\u00f3 immediates despr\u00e9s del part, nom\u00e9s podran ser gaudides a jornada completa. La resta del per\u00edode \u00e9s possible gaudir-lo en r\u00e8gim de jornada completa o parcial d\u2019un m\u00ednim del 50%, previ acord amb l\u2019empresa.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Per\u00edode transitori:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Des de 01\/04\/2019 a 31\/12\/2019<\/strong>. El per\u00edode de suspensi\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de\u00a0vuit setmanes, de les quals les\u00a0dues primeres\u00a0hauran de gaudir-se de forma ininterrompuda immediatament despr\u00e9s del part.<\/li><li><strong>Des de 01\/01\/2020 fins al 31\/12\/2010<\/strong>. El per\u00edode de suspensi\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de\u00a0dotze setmanes, de les quals les\u00a0quatre primeres\u00a0hauran de gaudir-se de forma ininterrompuda immediatament despr\u00e9s del part.<\/li><li><strong>Des del 01\/01\/2021<\/strong>. El per\u00edode de suspensi\u00f3 ser\u00e0 de\u00a0setze setmanes, de les quals les\u00a0sis primeres\u00a0hauran de gaudir-se de forma ininterrompuda immediatament despr\u00e9s del part.
